Why wont it grow?

I am 19 yrs old and my penis has not grown at all. It is about an inch an about 2 1/2"erect. I am 19 and have no sex life is there anything I can do?

It is possible but very hard.

2.5 inches erect is extremely small. But I believe with lots of PE (penile exercises) you can get 2-3 inches within perhaps 3 years.
If you can afford it, the best would be a combination of surgery (due to extremity) and after continuing with PE or using penis extender device.
However each surgery carries a risk and is very expensive. And that is up to you to make the decision.

Anyway, important thing for you to know is that record enlargement is 5.7 inches and it was achieved in combination of surgery and using penis extender.
The guy was 42 years old and he started with 1.8 inch penis. He ended up with penis 7.5 inches!

If you achieve only half of it (which is very realistic) you can have 5-6 inches and that is no problem to have a happy life.
It requires an absolute dedication and determination. If you have time and will power, nothing stands in your way.

But you know very well what change it will make for you in your life. It is worth it.
