In fact there is no great way to get taller. Growth is determined by genetic information you had inherited from your parents.
It may be from your dad or mom or any combination of their own genes. That means you don’t have to be same tall as your dad or mom.
There is no correct answer to tell how much anyone will grow, when and how tall he will end up.
Sleep and food make no difference as well.
Healthy lifestyle is always desired but it doesn’t have larger impact on growth unless you would suffer malnutrition. That is unlikely.
We all have our wishes in life but the facts are different. You are only 14 and some boys start puberty at 17. So there is plenty of time to grow.
You can’t speed it up. Imagine a ten years old guy who wishes to be 18 so he becomes an adult.
His wish is impossible to fulfil – you just can’t ‘jump’ into future. There are rules about growing up.
And unfortunately for those impatient it requires one thing which they hate and that is ‘time’.
How would it look like if every person would look same?
That is why we have genes which assure we are unique. They make us look different, we are taller or shorter, slimmer or fatter and our organs vary as well.
Some people are always healthy while others have it all...
This is all natural and we have not much control over it. To grow taller is a matter of nature.
There are no real ways to manipulate it.
