What are good stretches so my growth spurt will become bigger?
I want to increase my height. I'm 14 and 5' 3" and I haven't had my growth spurt yet. So I was just wondering if there are any stretching exercises that I can do to get taller?

In addition to regular stretching exercising the best is to hang every day on a bar (or e.g. a tree branch if you don’t have an access to a bar) for good 10-15 minutes.
This creates tension on all of your body.
I’ve read somewhere Napoleon was doing this every morning and he gained an inch or two extra this way.
However, I’ve personally never experienced this.
Growths is genetic, it really is determined by genes you inherited. You are young and you need to exercise a bit of patience as well.
