Sex Accident

Sex accident happens and it is better to know about them so we can avoid them. And once it happens knowledge is gold. So let’s visit the world of wild sex.

Broken frenulum

Sometimes women are too anxious while doing a simple ‘hand job'. During rigorous masturbation it is possible to damage frenulum (which is located underneath glans connecting foreskin).

It is painful, you don't doubt that. Most of the time bleeding may accompany the horrible feeling. Just apply pressure, disinfection is a good idea and seek instant medical assistance.

Penis stuck in vagina

Most likely you’ve heard this one; it is simply not true. It is said when woman's got scared her vagina tightens and it is impossible to withdraw the penis. This was never documented in medical history.

Broken penis (Penis fracture)

You can't break a part of the body which has no bones. That is true. But this one is a really bad sex accident if it happens. In case of the penis it is not a direct breakage.

This happens especially to young teenagers, though seldom. Penis while very hard (during sex) may rupture due to an unexpected movement or too much stress.

It is not possible to describe the pain. Penis will inflame (sometimes double or triple of its original size) and turn black (blue).

What to do? Ice! Cool it down as much as possible and seek immediate medical assistance.

Do not blow air into vagina!

The title says it all. It is a very dangerous practice and it may result in unnecessary surgical procedures. If air is forcefully blown directly into vagina it will spread into stomach area causing severe discomfort and pain.

This will cause various 'false' symptoms which may lead to e.g. gall bladder operation.

The air will disperse gradually on its own. Without a need of surgery. But only few know this.

Vaginismus (vaginism)

If you can’t insert your penis into vagina for a long period of time this may be one of the reasons. Though not a sex accident, it is worthwhile to describe it for those uninitiated...

In case of vaginismus the vagina simply tenses up; prohibiting an entry with either penis or any other object (such as tampon). There is so called primary and secondary vaginismus.

Primary means from onset. A woman without her knowledge can't have sex. Even a vaginal examination by her doctor will not let her vagina to 'open up'. This may happen to young teenage women.

Secondary means she was able to have penetration before. After e.g. childbirth or a yeast infection she had developed vaginismus.

What is it actually?

When we attempt to entry vulva with any object (finger, penis, tampon, etc), her pubococcygeus muscles (PC muscles) tighten up. It is just like a reflex. Beyond her control.

It can be treated. This article is to describe it only. We are not going to examine possible reasons or treatment procedures. If you encounter this sort of a problem, you need to visit your doctor who will be able to help you.
