I am 14 and my penis is at the third mark below 7 inches fully hard.
My soft penis (biggest) is the second mark above 6 inches
My girth is 4.75 at my thickest.

And my penis begin growing at 12 ¾

Most likely your penis will still grow.
Girth follows the length; which means you should start gaining in girth now.
4.75” is not bad. Average is 5”. But as I say, you should expect more growth.
