Well my penis is 6 inches erected most of my friends said
that's way too big for a 13 year old they also said they are 4.5
inches erected so does that mean ladies will love me haahha?

And is that normal? Also how many times is it normal to
masturbate a day?

6 inches is impressive for 13 years old guy. It will most likely grow.
If that will happen or not; or how much, no person can tell you.

Puberty starts at various ages. Yours started early and you have your major growth (penis) behind you.
Because puberty can start anywhere between 10-17 years (can be sooner or later as well), your friends will start to have a noticeable increase in penis size only now or later.

That means some can overtake you as well.
Nature is unpredictable. In any case you already have an average adult penis size. Most likely you will end up with huge penis.

And ladies will love you providing you will have a good personality as well. Big penis is great to have.
But if your character doesn’t measure up, you will become only a sexual object. Though it looks great at the start, you will find it highly annoying. You want to get ladies to love you all.

If you have too much of masturbation you’ll will exhaust your sexual energy. Your penis will not get erect.
Again, for some teenagers it is enough to masturbate twice a week while others do it several times a day.

What is important, once you find a girlfriend (a bit later); you will need to masturbate the way you can keep up with her. If you do it too often you may not have enough erection when you need it the most.

If this happens you need to ease down on masturbation and things will return back to normal.
You will have to learn to listen to your body, your responses.
