Hello, I am 13 years old boy and I am still a virgin ^^. Guys I started masturbating since I wan 11 and now my penis is 18 cm, I asked in Yahoo answers and they said it's too long for my age? Is it true? Will it be longer?

Your penis size? You should be happy. It is likely it will grow a bit more. See, many want to get straight answers; such as 'how tall I will be', 'what will be my penis size'.
