Im 17 and have had sex

I have had sex with a couple girls but often I prematurely ejaculate. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t have sex everyday or because I’m still young.

I don’t expect to last hours while sexually active, but I would like to last longer. I looked into the Pelvic exercise, but didn’t quite understand them. Any help?

At your age it is absolutely normal. It will improve by age. More sex you have, better control you will gain.
