Have I started puberty? , am 13 y.o. almost 14 I have pubic hair, a few pit hair. My dick is about 10 cm my height is 1.68 m. I can ejaculate, have I started, and if I started how far am I?

You have started puberty at least a year ago, most likely two. Compare on the chart for various signs of puberty; it will give you a pretty good idea.
You possibly started puberty around the age of 11. That indicates you should finish your puberty around 17-18.
