have i hit puberty?

I am a 12 year old boy and I have some questions.
I have very little pubic hair and facial hair. It is light and there isn't a lot. My penis is about 2 inches, and 3 inches when I have an erection.
I cannot ejaculate and my testicles are actually way bigger than my penis.

I also have no armpit hair, I'm only like 4 ft 11in, and my voice is really high. I was just wondering when puberty might start (if it hasn't already) because I feel left out from my friends. Thanks a lot, please respond.

Yes, it is odd to be different from friends and having different interests. Puberty starts usually at this age but it may be late such as 16 even 17.

There is nothing much we can do about it. It takes its course dictated by nature.

I believe many of your friends are not in puberty, yet so it should not cause you a big stress.
You are only at the onset of it. You and your penis will grow.

Be patient, please, it is happening now. But it won’t change overnight. It takes 6 years till you finish puberty.
