Well I’m 15 and just started puberty. I have a little bit of hair above my penis and no underarm hair and my penis is 2 inches and 4 inches erect and it’s thin is this normal.

It seems you’ve just started puberty. Your penis may grow much more.
But in reality nobody knows exactly what will happen.

Penis doesn’t grow at certain times; it is not same for everyone. Simply, there is no known pattern.
You need to wait a little more and see what will happen.

For your age about 5 inches length would be expected with 4.5 – 5” girth. But it is puberty dependant. Age as such is an informative number.
