Do girls like it when you give them a random compliment?

I saw this girl at the mall and while she walked pass by me I told her I like her eyes and her shoes so like 10 minutes later I was in a shoe store looking at some shoes and she just came up to me, we started talking for a long time and we walked around.

She told me it was really sweet for telling her those compliments. The funny thing is I've never met her before and it was like we've known each other for like 2 years.

You bet they do! You would like a compliment as well. It doesn’t happen often and it feels much better because of that.
