Did I get my growth spurt yet?

I'm a 14 year old boy I'm 5'4'' but I don't know if I got my growth spurt yet because last year I was 5'3'' and when I got back to school I grew an inch (which now I'm 5'4'') and I heard that a growth spurt can get you up to 3-5 inches taller.

I eat healthy and exercise (sometimes) and I get about 9-11 hours of sleep every day. And also my mom is 5'1'' my dad is 5'5'' my big brother grew up to be 5'11''.

So when is my growth spurt going to happen? And how many inches do you think it's gonna be?

My tallest uncle is 6'4''
I drink milk and eat cheese
And I stretch all the time

I know you are searching for an answer which would comfort you. However to know the truth is more important.
That is, nobody can tell you what will happen or how much you’ll grow.

These things are genetic and we don’t know whose genes you inherited. It can be a combination of genes. The outcome is impossible to predict or guess.

Yes, growth spurt is when you grow 3-4 inches during one year period.

It is not impossible to tell when it will happen. Imagine asking a correct prediction for lotto numbers. That should give you an idea what is your question about.

Food and sleep, though essential, make no difference to your growth.
Stretching is beneficial depending on how much and how frequently you do it. To what extent, again, nobody knows.

It is necessary to have patience and see what will happen. Any predictions about growth can be a way out to provide comfort to those asking. It means lies.

You are only 14 and you will grow. How much? Only time will tell. That is the true and correct answer.
