Don't despair. You are lucky you live in age of technology. Read this

And when you are a bit older (why would you work out if it might grow) then improve on it.
You will have easily over 7" if you follow the advice.

The only setback is it takes time. What is the good part? You will be able to compare.
Your days with 5" compared with 7". You will understand what the difference is and you will be laughing out those saying it is not possible. Especially the ones saying size doesn't matter.

There is always something good in bad. Almost :-)
